Article One: Introduction

The meaning of (privacy policy) in the (Waei Family Consulting) application is: the methods for collecting the technical data necessary to protect the personal information of application users.

Wherever mentioned in the privacy policy, “user” means: everyone who creates an account for himself on the application, according to the following division:

o The client with the intention of benefiting from the consulting services available there.

o The consultant with the intention of providing advisory services to clients through him.

- By downloading the application and creating your own user page in it, you agree to the privacy policy directly, and the privacy policy is a binding agreement for both parties without a specific period.

- When necessary, the privacy policy will be amended, either in its entirety or in part, or by deleting or adding anything that requires this without obtaining your consent. The amendment will also be published on the application, and the amendment will be effective from the date of its publication in the application. - The application prevents itself from saving its counseling sessions because the relationship between the client and the counselor is private - encrypted - and the application cannot view it.

- The application retains the user page information registered in it only to be used by the application administration or customer service in it or when needed in accordance with the laws and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Two: User Information

- The application does not save any data related to electronic payment when booking the consulting service, as payments are processed through electronic payment gateways that are independent of the application and approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Dear user, when you register in the application in order to benefit from its services, we will ask you to provide us (name - mobile number - email - date of birth - gender - country - city).

- When you request registration in the application, you will receive messages to activate your user page in order to monitor fraud and ensure the validity of the registration and its safety from technical risks.

- The client acknowledges that the application has been granted access to his camera and photo library to upload the required documents that the counselor may need while providing the consultation. The application also confirms that it encrypts these uploaded documents and that he does not have the right to view or save them because the relationship between the client and the counselor is confidential for them.

- The application administration grants its customer service access to user information in order to serve them, measure performance, and ensure the quality of the services provided.

- The application identifies the device when it is installed, and this includes information such as device type, operating system information, browser information, Internet Protocol address, and mobile network information, including phone number and device identifiers.

- The application is obligated not to modify user data unless the user requests it due to a technical problem in his account. The application is also obligated to provide the data recorded in it as it is, without change.

Article Three: Information related to cookies

Cookies will be sent to your device from the application and will be stored on your device. The application will assign a different cookie to each device it connects to.

- The application uses cookies to identify your device and its operating system and provide you with the necessary technical services.

- When evaluating its application when needed, it will analyze and use the data and information recorded in it to improve and develop its services, add or delete other services or features, or publish advertisements without requesting consent from the user.

Article Four: Sharing recorded data with another party

- When needed, the application will share the user data registered in it with another party in order to help improve the services provided to its users and fix problems when they occur.

- The application may be required in some cases by judicial or investigation authorities and the like to share the information registered in the application with them, which is (name - mobile number - email - date of birth - gender - state - city), in implementation of the laws and legislation established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- When necessary, the application will share the data recorded in it with another party for research, investigation, or judicial action to take action regarding suspected illegal or fraudulent acts or cases involving threats or violations of the terms of the application terms of use agreement or the privacy policy, or when attempting to harm the application. - The user has the right to keep all of his private data recorded in the application or modify it with limited powers from his account settings whenever he wishes. The client and the advisor also have the right to exchange text messages between them and they can access them at any time.

- The application keeps the data recorded in it securely by following high standards in information security management to preserve its confidentiality and quality from electronic attacks and the like.
